We create transformational leadership development experiences on college campuses, helping higher education institutions produce the leaders of the future. Our Approach
We recognize that there are 6 levels of transformational leadership – self, others, teams, organizations, communities, and the world. We work through each level with each participant to show them how they can become a transformational force that produces world-changing impact. We create custom solutions that include varying levels of programming, training, coaching, and consulting depending on your goals and the gaps you need to close that prevent you from achieving them. We work with every level of higher education institutions from executive leaders on strategic planning all the way down to first-year students. We show students how to not just produce results, but create movements.

Dante DiBattista is a globally recognized subject matter expert on transformational leadership, serving as a leadership coach and consultant for executives of the largest companies in the world. He has designed and facilitated leadership courses for the world’s top MBA and Executive Education programs, including MIT’s Sloan School of Management. The greatest leaders in history all did these same two things: they lived a life that wrote a story worth telling, and they learned how to tell their story well, or someone else did so on their behalf. Either way, no story is compelling or complete without conflict. Using his own research, DiBattista generates an understanding of how conflict shapes individual and group identity (culture) and the role storytelling plays in resolving conflict.
